Eric Baranchik. Eric is an alumnus of Northern Illinois University and after graduation spent 5 years doing cash flow and financial statement analysis in the banking industry. He then turned his talents to accounting and financial recruiting where he has spent the last 9 years servicing the Chicago marketplace. Prior to starting OnPoint Partners, Eric was a Vice President of Direct Hire Search in a start-up recruiting firm. He is a member of the NIU Executive Club and has taken part in programs with the ICPA Society and Financial Leadership Association.
